Profile: Relationship Manager Qualification: CA or MBA (Finance) Experience: Minimum 2 3 years
Location: Mumbai
Roles and Responsibility:
1. Meet the client to maintain the relationship, execute the assignment / transaction.
2. Making presentation (Teaser) on the projects and performing Financial Feasibility analysis (Financial model, CMA, Ratio Analysis, credit Analysis)
3. Need to have an understanding of various banking products and services
4. Interact with Banks and other financial institutions to execute business proposals
5. Need to prepare and present financing arrangements to potential financiers
6. Structure and negotiate terms acceptable to market partners
