- Nurture and manage the existing alliances
- Devise Contest and campaigns for branch activation
- Open up opportunities in Maritime, Manpower, Defence and Brokers
- Track, Monitor and drive target vs achievement
- Activation of sales and service teams in branches on NR
- Regular training to regions
- Interact with product, process, compliance on segment specific developments and new initiatives
- Work in Co-ordination with Cluster Managers, Regional Managers to drive the segment numbers and Targets
- Work closely with Fx, Insurance, and Investment teams to drive the cross sell in the segment
- Open up opportunities in the region for tie up with NR Associations
- Work towards creation of every possible source for NR lead generation
-KYC, Remittance, account opening support to branches
- Work Towards Army empanelment, create opportunities both NR and Non NR from Defence segment Compliance & Risk Responsibilities Maintaining confidentiality of information gathered from clients.Maintain confidentiality of company's information - not to be shared with anybody out of office in any form (Verbal , written , mail or any other form)Safeguard of company assets provided for serving job responsibilities , like Identity Card , SIM, Marketing material , Computer Systems, Company provided Mobile etc.Driving commercial savings on existing portfolios, ensuring compliance Key Interactions Internal External Business, Product, MIS, Operations, Contact Centre, Complaint Management Teams, Digital Banking Teams, Cluster Managers, Regional Managers, Forex Team, Insurance Team, Investment TeamCustomers, and Alliance Partners
