Key responsibilities:
• Responsible for client origination and understanding the client's debt requirement.
• Onboarding and managing strategic partnerships with banks/NBFCs.
• Lead negotiations with Banks and Financial Institutions for alignment on commercials, credit policy, operational processes, collections.
• Reach out to different lending partners for co-lending opportunities to achieve organization's strategic objectives.
• Responsible for business volumes with each partner and ensuring scale up of partnership.
• Ensure complete documentation and agreements are in order and timely updates as required.
• Study competitor and do product benchmarking with empaneled anchors.
• Ensure all tasks, deliverables and documentation and lending agreements are created with the highest level of accuracy.
• Develop business processes to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.
• Achieve target as assigned by the organization on monthly basis through business loans.

Desired Skills and Experience
• MBA / Post Graduate with 2-6 years of relevant work experience in co-lending business, products/business development & Program Management in financial institutions.
• Be brilliant with numbers, analyzing financial statements, interpreting data and solving problems and at the same time be able to build business relationships, talk to various levels of an organization (CXOs to analysts), get work done by various people.
• Be personable and have a presence; and be able to present the company / products / capabilities very well.
• Present / articulate / position an idea compellingly with strong oral and written communication skills.
• Possess working knowledge of Credit/Legal Documentation/Financial Products/Operations.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, attention to details.
• Think strategically – convey as much in stakeholder conversations and also aid in thought leadership within the team.
• Ambitious and ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
