We are looking for Sales personal for leading life insurance company. As a Relationship Manager, your role will be to ensure a smooth sales process and maximize the sales of services or goods offered by the company.
Roles
• Recruit Business Associate and advisors from own reference
• Coordinate for the regulatory trainings
• Manage daily, weekly and monthly choreography
• Conduct daily, weekly and monthly Business Associate meetings
• Income and Goal setting exercise for the month
• Joint field work along with business associates and advisors to source insurance policy
• Drive business submission and issuances
Candidate Required
• Any Graduats.
• 2+ Years of Exp. in Sales and Marketing.
• Age: 23 to 3+ years.
• Local candidate is preferable.
• Good communication skills.
