GMoney is a FinTech platform that focuses on healthcare and insurance to make quality healthcare affordable through no-cost EMIs and advances against mediclaim. We soft-launched our services in April 2021 and are growing quarter-on-quarter. We have already onboarded 12500+ healthcare centers and are on the way to onboard 25000+ healthcare centers in the next 3 quarters. We are adding 1 hospital every 10 minutes to our growing network of hospitals across India that offer healthcare financing to their patients.
Role Description
GMoney is seeking a Relationship Managers in multiple locations in Delhi NCR,Lucknow and kanpur .This is a full-time on-site role. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key stakeholders such as hospitals, doctors and other healthcare providers.Your role will involve identifying potential partners, negotiating contracts, and developing a strategy to grow GMoney's network. You will be responsible for managing your own pipeline and ensuring that all partners receive exemplary service.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in relationship management or business development in healthcare or insurance industry
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proven ability to build and manage relationships with key stakeholders
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Fluent in English and Hindi, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, start-up environment and work collaboratively as a member of a team
