Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager at Vastu Housing Finance Corporation Ltd. in Indore. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, providing assistance in loan applications, assessing customer creditworthiness, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Relationship Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and achieve business goals. Qualifications • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Experience in managing customer relationships • Knowledge of financial products and services • Ability to assess customer creditworthiness and conduct financial analysis • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
