Job Description:
Client Engagement by regular client connects, efficient handling of client's complaints & queries, processing of client requests while adhering the TATs
Ensure quality of sourcing by acquiring potential Insignia Clients.
Acquiring and managing both business individual(residents & NRI)clients.
Increase product penetration and exit barriers, by cross selling more numbers of products per clients.
Performing portfolio allocation, reviews & final checks-ups for each client at defined frequency.
Collaboration with product specialists to ensure engagement of clients with superior and tailored wealth management and business banking solution.
Ensuring adherence to compliance process and guidelines.
Reduce rejections rates and improve quality of documentations also ensure 360 client engagement - Total Client Ownership
