Key Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management:
• Manage and nurture relationships with high-net-worth clients (HNIs).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their banking, investment, and financial planning needs.
• Provide customized solutions based on clients' requirements and financial goals.
• Sales & Business Development:
• Achieve revenue targets by cross-selling the bank’s range of products and services, including savings, investments, loans, insurance, and wealth management.
• Promote new services and ensure customers are updated about new offerings.
• Identify opportunities for generating business through referrals and market insights.
• Portfolio Management:
• Effectively manage client portfolios, regularly reviewing and recommending changes based on market conditions.
• Provide advice on wealth management and financial planning.
• Guide clients in investment strategies and assist with asset allocation to meet their long-term goals.
