IMMEDIATE JOINING IN BANCA CHANNEL BRANCH BANKING FOR KOLKATA LOCATION!!!!!We are looking for a Relationship Manager in Branch Banking - Banca Channel.This is an Urgent Requirement in Branch Banking Bancassurance Channel So GRAB THE OPPORTUNITY !Job Roles And Duties
• To handle existing and new customers of tie-up banks/brokers in assigned areas
• Help your customers and channel partner during pre-and post-sales
• Ensuring business through your prospective customers and employees of the bank
• Work collectively with Bank Sales/operations team and conduct joint sales
• Assist bank in acquiring banking customers through insurance product sales
• Working jointly with the Branch Manager on the Business Implementation plan
• Driving and motivating the branch staff along with Bank RM and providing
Desired Candidates Profiles
• Bachelors degree
• Experience: Min 2 to 3 + Years in Sales and marketing of Banking/Finance and Insurance sectors.
• Strong understanding of generating leads and finding potential clients
• Great interpersonal skills
• Outstanding problem-solving skills
• Strong decision-making skills
• Ctc upto 3.60 LPA
