Job Description
Undertaking regular / frequent / on-going EXTENSIVE TRAINING on Co.'s process, platform and product to Bank branch employees
Organizing Camps / Sessions / Mela’s for opening 4-in-1 accounts from the bank branches within respective cluster & branches mapped within the cluster
Helping Bank branch employees to assist HNI clients to open accounts
Monthly NCA Target based evaluation and attractive incentive rewards
Engage with branch managers and build strong relationship with them for local support and NCA.
Cross sales to existing customers
