Role- Relationship Manager
CTC- up to-5 lac+ incentive + Other benefit
Key Responsibilities Andaccountability
1-Coordinating with Bank on a periodic basis, generating Leads for account opening and ensuring the accounts are opened.
2-Developing Cordial Relationship with the staff of Banks at branch and Cluster level.
3-Generating Client leads and opening accounts through interaction with bank staff and visits if necessary.
4-Proper follow-up for the leads received from sources and ensure the conversion of leads on priority.
5-New Client Prospecting - Through cold-calling, appointments, reference etc.
6-Explain about the Company, its products services to existing clients prospects.
Skills Knowledge
• Graduate / Post graduate with minimum 1 year of selling experience.
• Should have good communication presentation skills.
• Should be a self-starter, proactive target oriented.
• Should possess strong networking relationship building skills.
• May have good existing client relationships in the market
