Job Description
To build high quality SME Portfolio for the bank by managing the exisint clients and also acquiring nre trlsyiondhips from the market. Sourcing new business for the bank comprising fund based and non-fund based facilities. Maximize wallet share of the existing clients and ensure that all the parameters in terms of housekeeping is met. Detect early warning signals and prevent slippages Facilitate review and renewal of existing limits by coordinating with the Credit Analyst, Cluster Head and Credit Hub . Cross sell of various products and services of the bank and third party products to increase fee income. Establish close rapport with the clients and various other stakeholders in the internal and external ecosystem. Make regular visits to the various touch points of the client including offices, factories, shops and other establishments. Escalate in a timely manner on all developments with respect to the client to all superiors in business and credit.
