Business Banking

Through Business Banking our global network offers comprehensive support and services to businesses in the SME market. From expanding overseas to managing the cash and trade flows of an established enterprise, the Business Banking team of Relationship Managers and Product Specialists provides a range of end-to end solutions designed to help small and large businesses reach their potential.

Job Introduction

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join the Business Banking Team as part of Commercial Bank.

Principal Responsibilities

Nurturing corporate client relationships through continuous client engagement and interaction
Providing corporate banking solutions while maintaining high level of service standard
Deepen the existing relationships by providing them Corporate solutions like Trade & Forex, CMS, Corporate Cards, Employee Salary Propositions
Promote Digital channel adoption in the portfolio for faster and smoother transactions
Comply with KYC/RBI guidelines, regulations, and legislation governing the Bank.
Carry out regular Surveillance and Review activities for account as part of Risk Assessment and Mitigation
Focus on increasing the balances in the accounts by winning wallet from competition and ensure existing customers don’t attrite
Ensure high level of profitability in the portfolio by capturing complete baking of the customer

Requirements
Minimum Graduation or as required for the role, whichever is higher
Knowledge of banking products and services
Good communication (both verbal and written) skill
Experience in handling Small and Mid-corporates
Solution selling approach
Experience in dealing with Payment and Collection Solutions
Knowledge of Capital Account Transactions (FDI/ODI/ECB)
Additional Information

Mandatory to successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required.
