Business Development and Relationship Management of domestic Banks, Financial Institutions, NBFCs and Structured Products
• Responsible for developing and executing target driven marketing strategy
• Management of existing relationships and origination of new relationships
• This position will report into the Head of Business Development for the FIG Group
• This position is with a leading Financial Services entity
Requirements
• MBA/CA with 8-14 years of experience in Business Development and Relationship Management of domestic Banks, Financial Institutions, NBFCs and Structured Products in a Bank/ Financial Institution/ NBFC/ Rating Agency etc.
• Should have worked in the FIG group in a Bank/ Financial Institution/ in Debt Capital Markets
• Should have good relationship with senior people in these entities
• Understanding of debt capital markets as well as a general understanding of financials of FIG entities
• Good Communication and Relationship Management Skills
• Strong marketing, Sales, negotiation skills are a pre-requisite
• Candidate should have high self-drive and motivation with persistence to achieve targets
