Relationship Manager (Business Loans Group)Reports to: Regional Head Sales- Business Loans GroupJob Role and Responsibilities:Ensure stability of income from existing set of clients and explore avenues for new income generation from existing as well as new clientsAdd value to the client and stay ahead of the competition by structuring and implementing innovative deals in working capital, term loan and project financeUse credit knowledge and knowledge of various products for deal structuringAdd value to the client and stay ahead of the competition by structuring and implementing innovative dealsMaintain relationships with business banking to originate businessManage relationship with the customers by increasing the book sizeManage trade finance, general blog operation for cash management services i.e., working capital cycle of the companyDeliverables:Acquire and maintain business loans clients for the bankPerform various financing activities as per the customers requirementMaintain number of current account (CA) balanceIncrease wallet share by cross selling products to the customerAchieve individual targets and grow account profitability, while maintaining a high service standard and complianceProduct/Customer Handled:Working capital, Term loan, Project financeRetail business loans clients up to 20 cr portfolio sizeSkills and Competencies:Ability to negotiate deals, along with the ability to interact with people at various levels of the organization and outside environmentStrong sales and relationship management skillsAbility to identifying key issues in complex problems/ assignments and analyze those to make effective decisionsAbility to have a firm grasp of the processes and make changes in system to improve performanceCredit Knowledge: To assess the companys financials (i.e. loss, rating, PAT (profit after tax) etc. of the company
