Job Title Relationship Manager - CB
Grade: AVP/DVP
Department : Commercial Banking
Location: Delhi
Reporting To: Senior Vice President - Commercial Banking
A. Position Purpose :
To develop & manage relationships with SME Group Segment.
Position Responsibilities :
Sr. Key Responsibilities :
- Coverage of clients with revenues up to Rs. 500 Crs;
- Ownership of business development (New Client acquisition) as per agreed plans;
- Initiate, manage & deepen client engagement; Build relationships at Promoter/CFO levels
- Ensure delivery of banking solutions in collaboration with other parts of the bank; Cross Sell Bank products ( salary account/retail CA an SA, forex, DCM, Trade, CMS etc)
- Maintain/enhance credit quality in the portfolio managed; Zero NPAs.
- Mentoring of assistant relationship managers and analysts.
- Franchise & brand building activities
B. Qualifications and Experience Requirement
Qualifications :
Essential CA or MBA from reputed institutes
Experience :
Essential: 3-8 years of relevant experience
a. Skills :
Skill Attribute :
- Successful Track record of business development and identification of potential clients;
- Relationship orientation, preferably having existing relationships;
- Credit writing skills with comprehensive coverage of all risk-related issues;
- Excellent communication skills - verbal, and written (including report writing, presentations, etc).
- Deal Structuring
Attitude :
- Problem solving and resolving conflicts;
- Keenness to learn and detail oriented;
- Team player but also capable of taking individual decisions.
