Relationship Manager-Commercial Banking
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to develop and manage relationships with our MME & SME Group Segment clients in New Delhi, India.
Main Responsibilities:
• Coverage of high-value clients with revenues up to 200 million INR
• Owning business development and new client acquisition in line with agreed plans
• Initiating, managing, and deepening client engagement at CXO/CFO levels
• Delivery of banking solutions in collaboration with other bank teams
• Cross-selling various bank products, including salary accounts, retail current and savings accounts, forex, debt collection management, trade finance, and cash management services
• Maintaining or enhancing credit quality in the managed portfolio, with a goal of zero non-performing assets (NPAs)
• Mentoring assistant relationship managers and analysts
• Participating in franchise and brand-building activities
