To ensure that overall business goals of the location are met by generating new business through client acquisition & ensure the Spends and revenue targets are also met.
Overall Job Description :
- Achieve the Targets set in terms of product mix (across Commercial products).
- Generate new business to achieve defined sales targets
- Build and deepen relationships with existing Corporate Banking customers to achieve increase in share of wallet and revenues.
- To act as one point of contact for all service related issue in order to achieve a high percentage of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manage the portfolio to de-risk against attrition and achieve stability of book.
- Manage the key performance indicators.
- Ensure that all customer touch points are actively managed.
Desired Behavioral / Functional Traits :
- 1-3 years of Commercials Cards experience.
- Domain knowledge in the Payments industry
- High level of relationship management skills and good operational understanding.
