Roles and Responsibilities
• Coverage of clients with revenues in excess of Rs. 2,000 Crs;
• Ownership of business development as per agreed plans;
• Initiate, manage & deepen client engagement; Build relationships at
CXO/CFO levels
• Ensure delivery of banking solutions in collaboration with other parts of the bank; Cross Sell Bank products ( salary account/retail CA an SA, forex, DCM, Trade, CMS etc)
• Maintain / enhance credit quality in the portfolio managed; Zero NPAs.
• Mentoring of assistant relationship managers and analysts.
• Franchise & brand building activities
