Department : Corporate and Institutional Banking
Eligible : Employee DVP/VP1
Reporting To Senior Vice President - Corporate & Institutional Banking

Position Purpose :
- To develop & manage relationships with Large Corporate Group Segment
Position Responsibilities :
Sr
Key Responsibilities :
- Coverage of clients with revenues in excess of Rs
2,000 Crs;
- Ownership of business development as per agreed plans;
Initiate, manage & deepen client engagement; Build relationships at CXO/CFO levels
- Ensure delivery of banking solutions in collaboration with other parts of the bank; Cross Sell Bank products ( salary account/retail CA an SA, forex, DCM, Trade, CMS etc)
- Maintain / enhance credit quality in the portfolio managed; Zero NPAs.
- Mentoring of assistant relationship managers and analysts.
- Franchise & brand building activities

Qualifications and Experience Requirement
Qualifications :
- Essential : CA or MBA from reputed institutes
- Experience Essential 6-10 years of relevant experience

- Successful Track record of business development and identification of potential clients;
- Relationship orientation, preferably having existing relationships;
- Credit writing skills with comprehensive coverage of all risk related issues;
- Excellent communication skills - verbal, and written (including report writing, presentations, etc).

- Keenness to learn and detail oriented;
- Team player but also capable of taking individual decisions.
