The RM will be responsible for identification of potential customers and providing them customized solutions as per their requirements. The center of all client engagements will be to ensure superior customer experience.Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain business relationships with select group of customers through individualized customer serviceHandle customers queries and provide superior service to the mapped customersEnsure timely delivery of customers’ enquiries and instructions, whilst ensuring that the Bank’s delivery standards in achieving total customer satisfaction are metDeepen the existing relationships by cross selling the Bank's products and services/ third party productsAchieve the New To Bank, cross-sell and portfolio retention targets as assigned by the organizationResponsible for portfolio irregularities, management (Renewals / Pending Renewals /Stock Statement / Insurances/Other compliances) and portfolio achievement basis delinquency numbersEnsure achievement of month end enhancement disbursements Qualifications:Optimal qualification for success on the job is: Graduate/ MBA (Marketing) preferred2 - 5 years of experience in the BFSI sector Role Proficiencies:For successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following: Knowledge of industry, technology, marketing, and product trendsKnowledge of regulatory guidelines and normsGood communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local languageAbility to handle pressure and meet deadlinesStrong Excel and database manipulation skills, financial and statistical analysis skill #ComeAsYouAre We are dil se open.
