IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in Haryana, India. As a Relationship Manager-First Wealth North 1, you will be responsible for managing and growing our retail liabilities portfolio through the RM channel.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the assigned territory
Identify and acquire new customers through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and networking
Understand the financial needs of customers and provide them with suitable solutions from our retail liabilities products
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the bank
Monitor and manage the performance of the RM channel and provide necessary support and guidance to ensure their success
Stay updated with market trends and competition to develop effective sales strategies
Ensure compliance with all bank policies and regulations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail banking, preferably in sales or relationship management
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Knowledge of retail liabilities products and market trends
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance procedures
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
