· Ensure the monthly targets are achieved Develop and maintain business relationships with other support teams
· Follow the procedures and processes laid down by the organization in 100% of the cases
· Maintain customer relationship post the disbursement to ensure customer satisfaction and stickiness to the Bank. Be a team player
· Support the collections team on any delinquencies on the branch portfolio. Demonstrate initiative and creativity
