We are looking for a highly motivatedRelationship Manager in Banca Channel - Branch Banking for India's Leading Insurance Company in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

Job Roles And Responsibilities
• To handle existing and new customers of tie-up banks/brokers in assigned areas
• Help your customers and channel partner during pre-and post-sales
• Ensuring business through your prospective customers and employees of the bank
• Work collectively with Bank Sales/operations team and conduct joint sales
• Assist bank in acquiring banking customers through insurance product sales
• Working jointly with the Branch Manager on the Business Implementation plan
• Driving and motivating the branch staff along with Bank RM and providing

Desired Candidates Profile
• Qualification: Any Graduation / Post Graduation
• Experience: Mini. 2 to 4 Years of experience in Sales of Insurance, Banking Domain
• Strong Communication and Presentation Skills
• Should have knowledge and expertise in selling Insurance products
• Ability to coach and mentor team
• Ability to develop systematic sales strategies
• Ability to position products/services against competitors
