Job Summary:
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for generating new business and driving sales of the Banking products. The executive will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering suitable Banking solutions.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement strategies to achieve Casa (Current Account and Savings Account) acquisition and revenue targets.
· Identify potential customer segments and devise marketing campaigns to generate leads for Casa products.
· Build and maintain relationships with key customers and corporate clients to promote Casa products and services.
· Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and stay updated with market trends.
· Manage and lead a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team targets.
· Train and mentor sales staff to improve their product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service skills.
· Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and credit to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service delivery.
· Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis to the senior management team.
· Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards.
· Stay informed about the bank's product offerings, features, and benefits to effectively communicate them to customers.
Qualifications and Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in any stream preferred.
· Min. 3 Years Exp in BFSI Sales
· Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
· Strong leadership and team management skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Sound knowledge of banking products, services, and industry regulations.
· Result-oriented mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
