India's leading Banking is hiring a Relationship Manager in Retail Branch Banking Department.
Job Purpose
As a Relationship Manager at Bank, your main responsibility will be to manage and enhance customer relationships by providing them with a range of banking solutions that meet their financial needs. You will work closely with Senior Relationship Managers to develop and implement strategies to increase business growth and achieve revenue targets.
Job Roles And Responsibilities
• Responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and maintaining strong relationships with them.
• Identify potential business opportunities and develop strategies to grow the business.
• Responsible for achieving revenue targets by selling various banking products and services such as loans, deposits, and insurance.
• Responsible for identifying and addressing customer needs and providing appropriate solutions to meet those needs.
• Responsible for ensuring that all regulatory and compliance requirements are met in relation to customer accounts and transactions.
• Responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients and addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure that the goals and objectives of the team are met.
• Collaborate with other departments within the bank to ensure that customer needs are met effectively.
Desired Candidates Profile
• Qualification: Graduation / Post Graduation
• Experience: 2 to 5 Years in Sales and Marketing in any domain
• Experience in Banking/Finance and Insurance domain considered first
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of banking products and services.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
