Coordination and support to field team to ensure timely resolution of cases.
Detailed ResponsibilitiesHe/she would be responsible for collection of overdue accounts of customer is all buckets and for various products through Tele-calling.
(targets on productivity and collections as per product/bucket as per the organization policies)Maintaining detailed feedback file in required format, maintain trails and coordinating with OPS/branches and Sales department, if required to resolve casesShould be able to resolve customer queries and escalate as when required ( as per specifDesired skills and competenciescommunication skills with good command in English and Local Language with a decent tone DRA certificate (as required as per policy ) Working knowledge of MS office and understanding of MIS.
Disciplined on the compliance and Audit part and knowledge of the product being handled.
Good coordinator with networking skills is a grid
