Roles and Responsibilities
1. Community building activities in the assigned region to increase farmer retention, engagement & ultimately revenue
2. Cross -sell/Up sell all Mooofarm service thereby owning the market share of the assigned region and
maximizing average revenue per farmer
3. Build long term sustainable relationships with local community groups/network of networks/influencers to keep farmer engaged
4. Gather market & farmer intelligence and share the same with line manager & other teams ( Ops / Product/ CX etc ) for mutual business goals.
5. Relationship building & Lead point of contact for escalations relating to Mooofarm & channel partners (milk VMC centers, Feed retail points/distributors, cattle sell & Buy agents etc) in the assigned region
6. Assist marketing team in rural marketing activities such as organise vet camps, community events etc to ensure farmer acquisition and app downloads
7. Daily reporting to the Area Mission Manager
Job Types: Full-time Regular / Permanent, Fresher
Salary: ₹40,000.00 - ₹40,001.00 per month
