As a Relationship Manager-KCC, you will be responsible for managing and growing our relationships with farmers and agri-businesses in the rural areas of Punjab.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain relationships with farmers and agri-businesses in the assigned area
• Understand the financial needs of the customers and provide them with suitable solutions
• Cross-sell other banking products and services to existing customers
• Acquire new customers through various channels such as referrals, events, and marketing initiatives
• Conduct regular visits to the customers' farms and businesses to understand their operations and provide personalized services
• Monitor and manage the credit portfolio of the customers, ensuring timely repayments and minimizing delinquencies
• Collaborate with other departments within the bank to provide a seamless banking experience to the customers
• Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in the agri sector and provide insights to the bank for product and service enhancements
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agri-Business, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in agri-lending or relationship management in a bank or financial institution
• In-depth knowledge of the agri sector and its financial requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
