Roles And Responsibilities
• Excellent understanding of the ecosystem pertaining to StartUps, Healthcare, Agritech, Renewable Energy, Edutech, Fintech including but not limited to accelerators, incubators, seed stage investors, VC/PEs, professional service providers, industry bodies and leading universities
• Building relationships with key stake holders in the specific ecosystem
• Formulate and execute strategies of acquiring relationships for their banking needs in the region
• Ensure efficient delivery of service to the clients, in line with the promise
• Contribute to client success by providing efficient banking solutions, advisory and enabling ecosystem
• Build and manage a team comprising of relationship managers
• Collaborate with Knowledge Partners and internal product partners to develop and execute on a market leading proposition that is relevant and applicable to the need of diverse ecosystems
• Own and manage the PL for Ecosystem Banking business in the region
• Optimize market share in the target markets by facilitating trust scale through thought leadership, sector expertise and community curation
