Develop and operationalize sales plans to achieve volume, SOH, and market share targets.
• Manage existing portfolio and ensure customer retention.
• Drive unilateral growth by acquiring new customers.
• Training and development of Branch, Private, Wealth, and external channel teams.
• End-to-end processing of cases and regular status updates to customers and sourcing channels.
• Recruit and provide training to DOs.
• Develop relationships and liaise with internal cross-functional stakeholders such as Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU, and Operations.
• Ensure compliance with bank audits, statutory norms, and regulatory requirements.
