Roles and Responsibility
• Major responsibility is to acquire new to bank [NTB] asset clients in the Medium Enterprises segment as per the given target.
• Deliver against the financial framework and progress Group Structure -Total Assets & Contingents and Liabilities, Total Income.
• Focus on client's growth and drive cross-bank collaboration
• Strengthen foundations in risk and control
• Improve efficiency & productivity on Client on-boarding, Credit Delivery, Income RoRWA, etc.
• Embed innovation, digitisation and analytics
• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.
• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
• Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
Strategy
• Strategize to onboard good credit in Medium Enterprises segments
Business
• On board client with funding requirements between INR 150 Mn and above
Regulatory & Business Conduct
• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.
• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
• Lead the [INDIA / Medium Enterprises/ New Business/Relationship Team] to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank's Conduct Principles.
• Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
• Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association
Our Ideal Candidate
• MBA's, CA's, Graduates with around 10 years of relevant experience
Role Specific Technical Competencies
• Source New to Bank customers by selling Asset, Trade and Forex etc. to the customers.
• Portfolio management of asset
• Achieve budgeted revenues through all product parameters
• Cross sell of other banking products
