Job Summary
We are looking for a Relationship Manager to build and preserve trusting relationships with our customers. We also expect you to be a self-starter with an analytical mind and a solution provider.
Roles & Responsibilities
• New client acquisition both, individuals and corporates.
• Able to generate queries/work on market opportunities & convert them into business.
• Work with internal departments such as the Marketing or Product teams to engage clients more deeply.
• Meet & exceed KPIs and sales targets. Knowledge in handling / negotiating contract commercial terms and conditions.
• Build a strong network with customers to get repeat business.
• Identifying and exploring new markets and tapping profitable business opportunities.
• Monitoring competition, generating MIS reports and devising effective counter-strategies to stand out from the competition.
• Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them including assistance with compliance questions, problems, and/or, concerns.
• Aim to preserve customers
• Local knowledge of the competition.
• Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
• Handle the asset and financial products of the company.
Key Requirement
• 1.5-2 years of experience
