JOB SUMMARYThe position involves offering banking solutions to clients in various segments, including government, financial institutions, corporates, and TASC (Trusts, Associations, Societies, Clubs) with an emphasis on liabilities and fee income.
The role includes acquiring new clients, focusing on liabilities (CASA/WTD) and Payments & Cash Management products, while collaborating closely with product teams and branches to enhance customer acquisition, service, and engagement.
ROLES RESPOSIBILITY· In this role, responsibilities will include acquiring new clients in the government and institutional sectors within your assigned geography/cluster· Candidate needs to have a strong understanding of liability products to effectively engage with potential clients who are new to the bank· Additionally, responsible for managing existing key relationships in the same area to deepen engagement with clients who are already part of the bank's portfolio· To excel in this position, one should possess knowledge of payment and cash management, as well as familiarity with various electronic payment products, government agency business, trade finance, and foreign exchange· Building strong relationships with branches within your assigned area is crucial for providing efficient service to existing institutional clients and for supporting them in acquiring new clients· To play a pivotal role in ensuring that the branches in assigned area meet their budgets.
