India's Leading Bank is looking for a highly motivated Relationship Manager in Retail Branch Banking Department.
Job Roles And Duties
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their financial needs and provide them with appropriate solutions
• Sales: Identify potential sales opportunities and cross-sell products and services to customers to achieve sales targets
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Risk Management: Ensure compliance with the bank's policies and procedures, and minimize the risk of fraud and losses
• Teamwork: Work closely with other team members to achieve team targets and provide support when required
• Market Intelligence: Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and new products and services offered by the bank
• Reporting: Prepare reports on customer interactions, sales activities, and other relevant metrics
Desired Candidates Profile
• Bachelor's degree in any stream
• Minimum 3 to 6 Years of experience in Field Sales and Marketingin Banking, Finance and Insurance Industry
• 1 year of stability required in previous companies
• Powerful negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel to different locations and work at flexible hours
• Highly motivated individual
