Description
Responsibilities:
• Acquisition of new Preferred customers.
• Enhancement and deepening of the existing relationship by cross-selling products and services as per the profile and need of the customer.
• Retention of the customers by providing the best possible services and being the dedicated point of contact for these customers.
• Utilizing the sales resources (BDR or Contractual Executives or Asset Coordinator) for optimal sales support.
• Third-Party Products, Assets, Cards, etc.
• Ensure certification of documentation required for opening and maintaining customer accounts.
• Error-free documentation for all account opening and all customer instructions (Stop payments, FD Closure, etc).
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Graduate/Post.
• Graduate/Professional Degree in any field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
• Job role in Retail Banking / Branch Operation or equivalent.
• Knowledge of the Banking Industry and Financial Markets.
• Good Relationship Management and service focus Skills.
• Good Communication and Presentation Skills.
• Interpersonal and Influential Skills.
• Should have a good knowledge of Liability and Third Party Products like Mutual Funds, Insurance.
• AMFI Certification.
• NCFM Certification (Optional).
• CAIIB (Optional).
• Internal Certifications
