Relationship Manager | Private Banking Group
Relationship Managers (RM) are mapped to Clients to service, manage and deepen client relationships. The RM is responsible for managing the entire Banking and Financial needs of the customer as a Single Point of Contact from the Bank.
Responsibilities
• To achieve budgets across the Trade commission and income from trade finance (LC/BG), FX & derivatives income, BB Fee Income and CMS fees
• To achieve the Turnover budget across product verticals
• Nurture & deepen relationship with important Current Account customers of the circle
• Interface with key corporate customers for increased market share and retention of active CMS mandates
• Ensuring customized solutions to Business Customers (LC, MC segment) by collaborating with the business development and product team at CO
• Deeper penetration of the customer base on FX flows and derivatives product segment
• Plan for growth of Institutional Business in the allocated circles
