Responsibilities:** - Understanding of the Educational Dynamics and Direct Channel network of Industrial Areas of the market. - Have a complete knowledge of Education institutional loan market in terms of business numbers, business practices and new initiatives. - Thorough understanding of documents at different stages of loan approval process - Collaborate with credit, collections for driving business in spoke locations. - Directing and carrying out sales related activities and initiatives rolled out time to time - Act as a SPOC for the branch related activities for SIL business - Work closely with the collection team to ensure healthy portfolio quality. - Efficiently managing the existing portfolio ensuring excellent customer service and timely loan repayment - Monitor and improve conversion ratio of appointment login, Login Sanction, Sanction Disbursement. - Ensure DSR has to be filled on a daily basis. - Maintain and Improve TAT of sanction and disbursement. **Deliverables** - Target achievement on disbursements. - Target achievement on monthly collection efficiencies across buckets - Updating DSR on a daily basis - Expand active relationships and penetration in them. Eligibility - At least 3-4 year of relevant experience (Sales) in any kind of financial product ( HL/BL/LAP/Auto Loan). - Knowledge of Lending Business especially Education Institution Loan could be additional advantage
