About the Role:
The NRI Relationship Manager will be responsible for nurturing NRI client relationships through continuous client engagements and risk profiling. The position entails client management and acquisition with a key focus on expanding Asset under Management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide financial solutions to NRI customers while maintaining high service standards.
• Maintain complete customer profile including risk profile, demographics, and assets in Axis Bank.
• Enrich relationships and garner higher wallet share through customer engagement activities.
• Deepen existing relationships by cross-selling Axis Bank's products and services/third-party investment products.
• Achieve targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis.
• Record and track all engagement activities through the CRM system.
• Comply with KYC/SEBI rules, regulations, and legislation governing Axis Bank.
Key Skills:
• Client relationship management: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying complex concepts clearly.
• Sales and negotiation skills: Proven track record in sales, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Financial acumen: In-depth understanding of banking products, services, and financial markets.
• Problem-solving abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address needs and challenges.
Qualifications:
• Graduation from a recognized institute.
• AMFI and NCFM certifications.
Role Proficiencies:
• Knowledge of banking products and services.
• Ability to manage complex client situations.
