We Are Currently Looking for
RELATIONSHIP MANAGER-Retail Branch Banking
>Location :- Delhi, Gurgaon , mumbai
>Salary :- Upto 16.5 lpa (depends on last salary)
> Qualification:- Graduation
> Exp :- 3-5yrs.
> Responsibilities:-
• Acquisition of new Preferred customers.
• Enhancement and deepening of the existing relationship by cross-selling products and services as per the profile and need of the customer.
• Retention of the customers by providing the best possible services and being the dedicated point of contact for these customers.
• Utilizing the sales resources (BDR or Contractual Executives or Asset Coordinator) for optimal sales support.
• Third-Party Products, Assets, Cards, etc.
• Ensure certification of documentation required for opening and maintaining customer accounts.
• Error-free documentation for all account opening and all customer instructions (Stop payments, FD Closure, etc).
