- Explaining the GL features, charges, offers to the customers & guiding him to complete the process
- Maker in LOS for the GL cases processed under STP
- Cross-selling assets & liability products
- Customer Service point of contact
- Working closely with operations & ensuring smooth sales
- Follow up with Operations and Training the Lead Generators of Banks.
- To build mutually beneficial relationships with Bank and help in acquisition of clients.
- Customer Requirement Gathering and Analysis for better product pitching.
- Handling Objections and grievances and providing them with timely solutions.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Qualification - Min Graduate.
- Experience 2 years. of insurance / banking / finance
