Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Counsel students and parents about Leap Finance’s loan products, eligibility criteria, and application process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including educational consultants
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize loan approvals and disbursements
• Assist customers in completing loan application forms and gathering required documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and ensure timely disbursements.
Ideal Persona:
• Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken
• Should have 1- 4 years of experience as a Loan Advisor/ Edtech Sales/ counselling/ telesales/ insurance sales
• Should be confident to handle student queries and provide timely and efficient solutions
• Candidates should have good presentation, client-facing, and counselling skills with a pleasing and convincing personality
Perquisite for this role will include:
• Work Location - HSR Layout, Bangalore.
• Working Time - 10am till 7pm
• Work Days - Monday to Saturday; Sundays are off
