Responsibility:
Onboard dealers and suppliers under banks dealer & vendor finance programs across sectors – Auto, Steel, White Goods, IT & IT Peripherals, FMCG, W&C etc.
Lead end to end responsibilities from sourcing-limit approvals-documentation-limit set up-utilization-monitoring.
Maintain relationship with dealer promoters and team to get best possible share, terms and utilization under HSBC DF limits.
Maintain relationship with anchor zonal / local teams and source active leads, market intelligence, feedback on dealers etc.
Cross sell other products – WC, TL, Trade, Wealth etc. Coordinate with relevant internal teams and ensure higher share of wallet.
Contribute towards initiatives on digitization, product improvements etc.
Requirements
MBA / CA
Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in dealer finance acquisition role. Higher experience a positive.
Product & Industry knowledge.
Relationship with local anchor officials
Go getter approach and ability to manage excellent relationship with clients and internal stakeholders.
