At Kotak Bank, Frontline Sales Officers you will be responsible for Sales, Business Development from Tumkur, This will involve you to approach prospective clients with the aim of propelling the vision of the company to new clients also responsible for achieving business targets and ensuring good business funnel for every Quarter.

Job Responsibilities at Kotak Bank Tumkur:
• To manage the entire frontline sales operation activity at Tumkur Branch.
• Responsible for new client acquisition from Tumkur,
• Responsible for new product placement in the assigned territory,
• Achieving stretched targets in a result-focused environment,
• Preparing pre-sales proposals for prospective Tumkur clients,
• Handling objections and resolving customer conflicts,
• Should have good communication, coordination and convincing skills,
• Identify and engage with key decision makers at prospective clients.
• Identifying potential customers and new business opportunities

Experience Required
• Minimum experience in of 1 year in Sales / Business Development in Tumkur.
• Exposure to banking preferable
• Graduate with all the mark sheet and degree certificate
• Local from city will give first preference

• Presentable with decent personality,
• Easily identify sales opportunity from the Tumkur market,
• Having basic knowledge of banking products and its processing,
• Ability to learn the new things within a short time span,
• Knowing local language with good communication skills, English will be add-on,

Hiring For Associate Sales Consultant for one of the leading Bank!! About the Role: The Relationship Manager – TASC is the primary touch point for high value TASC accounts across the Bank. The role engages with the key clientele of the segment within respective assigned markets, encompassing a cluster of Branches to ensure deepening of relationship through various cross holding products. The RM is responsible for identification of potential customers and providing them customized solutions as per their requirements. Key Responsibilities:  Acquire Key TASC customers of the market in collaboration with the Cluster/Circle Head – TASC and the Branch Head of the respective Branch.  Develop and nurture trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients  Exhibits proper understanding of institutional sales with thrust on TASC products with CMS and digital solutions  Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives  Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely and compliant manner  Coordinate with the key customers and internal teams to ensure service delivery of the highest standards  Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust  Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships  Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics Qualifications: Optimal qualification for success on the job is:  Graduation/ Post- Graduation (MBA- Marketing preferred)  NCFM and AMFI Certifications is an added advantage  4-7 years of experience in the BFSI sector  Prior work experience in TASC / Government Segment with a Private Bank is desired Job Locations: Bangalore, Cochin, Thrissur, Kannur Required Experience: 3-6 Years Eligibility: Any Graduate Interested candidates can share their resume on [email protected]
