• Sourcing of New Accounts
• Sourcing of the potential agri and MSME customers from the branch network assigned and mapped
• Referral based activity by engaging with the existing and new customer base
• Achievement of allocated sourcing budget in terms of numbers value
• Comply with the regulatory requirements for classifying the customer as per the guidelines
• Customer Onboarding
• Timely onboarding of new customers to bank by ensuring the defined turnaround time
• Activating transactions in the account and service the customer on a regular basis
• Portfolio Management
• Every relationship sourced is to be managed by the RM throughout the life of the relationship
• Cross Sell
• Increase wallet-share by cross-selling up selling
• Seek the support of Insurance / retail loans / SME loans / other teams for cross selling
• convert CSB accounts as primary accounts of customers
• Others
• Ensure consistent customer experience at all touch points
• Be professional courteous in communication - telephone, email, letter and in person
• Understand products prevailing industry practices and trends and suggest system /process changes required, to respective verticals
• Compliance
• Ensure KYC compliance while account opening, so that exceptions are nil and account is opened with minimum TAT
• Ensure proper customer awareness of the features of the product so that mis-selling does not occur
• Any other duties and responsibilities, assigned by the Bank
