Post - Relationship Manager -Wholesales banking
Experience - at least 5 Years
Salary budget -15L to 25LAP
Qualification - Any Graduate /Post Graduate
Job Location - Bangalore
Major requirements -Wholesale Banking – Mid & Large Market Segment, Having clients turnover range above 500cr. Asset side RM who have handled lending business to large Corporate.
Job Role -
Sourcing
Ø Conduct market study and prepare market maps to streamline sourcing
Ø Cold-call on potential clients and constantly track their demand for banking requirements
Ø Conduct market visits and promote Bank’s various products to prospective customers
Ø Periodically visit existing customers and identify opportunities for up-sell and cross-sell
Ø Participate in product promotion events organized in partnership with key industry stake holders
Ø Respond to loan requests received through external channels – Financial Advisory service providers, Chartered Accountants, etc
Credit Underwriting & Credit Rating
Ø Collect KYC documents, financial statements and other collateral related documents from borrowers
Ø Conduct borrower and collateral de-dupe checks in the system
Ø Coordinate with credit analysts and complete minimum eligibility checks
Ø Conduct personal discussions, perform secondary research & prepare market study reports
Ø Analyze financial statements and credit score applications
Pre and Post disbursement
Ø Coordinate with borrower to accept the sanction letter complete signing of loan agreement and T&C documents
Ø Coordinate with Credit Admin team for completing compliance checks before disbursement of credit facility
Ø Coordinate with Central Operations team for account opening
Ø Monitoring of the account post disbursal
Ø Ensure compliance with sanction terms
Product
Ø Assist Product Team in new product launches by conducting market studies
Ø Conduct marketing activities to promote new products launched
Ø Any other tasks assigned by the bank
