JD - Responsibility / Tasks
Prospect Build up
• Scout at the market place for a potential customer through a combination of referrals, relationship with
existing clients, corporate activities, amp; Telecalling
• Ensure the leads provided by the company are met up through rigorous follow up
• Keep working to build a sufficiently large prospect funnel at all times
Sales Management
• Identify customer needs amp; profiles amp; financial goals
• Render an appropriate advice that meets the customers financial goals
• Explain the product features / benefits
• Ensure proper follow through for closure by right documentation amp; sales process implementation
• Follow up for service regularly from time to time amp; keep customer informed about all important updates
• Collect renewals regularly.
CTC: Upto 3,45 LPA
Requirement: Min 1 yr in bfsi experience is mandatory.
Qualification: Min Graduation
