Wealth Relationship Manager - Bank
Relationship Management :
- Manages the banking and investments relationship of clients and responsible for overall growth of Liabilities & Investment business from HNI segment
- Develops, manages, and expands YES FIRST customer relationships by providing service level which exceeds client expectations of most important customer segment.
- Identifies current and potential relationship with additional revenue potential and grow business
Generating Incremental Business:
- Completes sales targets spread across liabilities, retail assets, business banking, forex, cards, investments etc.
- Proactively sell the full range of consumer and commercial product to current and potential Yes FIRST HNI Relationships
- Deepens relationship to increase CASA balance in allocated portfolio
- Drives higher product and channel penetration to deepen mapped relationships and to increase wallet share with YES Bank
Customer Engagement:
- Ensures portfolio quality by regularly engaging with each mapped relationship and maintaining the desired relationship values
Investment Advisory:
- Financial Planning and Investment Advisory to HNI clients through analysis and identification of customer needs and accordingly proposing appropriate products
- Drives revenue business to generate fee income through products like mutual funds, investments and insurance

Job Responsibilities
• Product Handling:
• Specialize in Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP).
• Manage end-to-end loan processing and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their loan requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Offer personalized financial advice and services to clients.
• Business Development:
• Source new business opportunities through Direct Selling Agents (DSA).
• Develop strategies to increase loan disbursement and achieve sales targets.
• Customer Service:
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries and resolving issues promptly.
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support.
Requirements
• Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years experience in handling Home Loans and LAP.
• Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management.
• Education:
• Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand financial products and market trends.
• Proficiency in MS Office and financial software.
Compensation
• CTC: Up to 6 Lakhs Per Annum (LPA).
