Relationship Manager/Senior Relationship Manager
• Team: Client Experience and Business Development
• Reports to: Director
• Location: At present In Mulund For 5 Months later to BKC OR Dadar
Role Description:
The role involves cultivating and nurturing long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients The incumbent is expected to represent our investment philosophy and values to clients and ensure excellent client experience
Core Responsibilities:
The responsibilities include:
• Explaining our investment philosophy to prospective clients and ensure alignment
• Conduct investment discussions with clients, independently or in consultation
• with investment management team
• Ensure compliance requirements are adhered to
• Address client queries in a proactive manner
• Cultivate strong relationships
• Represent client to internal teams and provide feedback
• There are no financial targets
Skills:
• Client and service orientation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Understanding of financial markets
• Ability to engage with clients in a non-transactional manner
• Building long-term relationships
• Energetic, proactive, and hardworking
• Collaborative approach
Qualifications and Experience:
• MBA (preferred but not mandatory) or Postgraduate from reputed institutes
• 2-5 years’ experience in relationship management role in any industry
• Strong academic track record
• Relevant regulatory certification that may be required from time to time
