Job Description – Relationship Manager (Gold Loan)

Location: Bhopal

CTC: Up to 4 LPA

Product: Gold Loan

Experience: Minimum 1 Year (Open Market Sourcing)

Key Responsibilities:

• Source new customers for Gold Loan through open market channels.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

• Achieve monthly sales & revenue targets.

• Conduct market visits, promotional activities, and area mapping.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (Gold Loan / Secured Loans preferred).

• Strong network in the local market.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
